Yep, there’s an app for that! I’ve got Coupon Sherpa (coupons you scan right from your screen) and Sale Price (calculates the sale price, factoring in the sale price and sales tax too!) on my iPhone.
You can get MobiQpons (more scannable coupons) on the Android, Blackberry, and iPhone.
