Site of the Week: Cheapism.com

There’s a new player in the price-comparison Web site game: Cheapism.com

One cool thing they do is to embed price-comparison links and links to other user reviews right in the product reviews. Very useful, so you don’t have to go out of the site to search for a product – all the links are right there.

Another great tools is all the links to other frugalista Web sites, including our very own Tightwad Tod.

One bummer: There are some unrelated popup ads also embedded (indicated with double underlines), but just don’t pass your cursor over them if they annoy you.

From printers and treadmills and rice cookers and GPS systems, the site covers a lot of ground. Their slogan is We make the low-price picks, you make the budget buys.

Give it a shot and let us know what you find.
