Though I'm not a regifter (OK, full disclosure: I guess that bottle of wine someone brought to my dinner party and I brought to someone else's counts), I got a lot of voyeuristic pleasure exploring Regiftable.com, which lays down the do's and don’ts of regifting (wine, new household goods, and inexpensive jewelry are apparently a go; anything you have to dust off is not).
There are also some true-life tales that range from cute to caught-in-the-act embarrassing (including the one about the 10-times-regifted coffee grinder!), and a step-by-step plan for throwing a regifting party, where everyone brings a wrapped pre-owned item to unload. Isn't that just a fun way to recycle?

There is a good Web site for a factory outlet directory and company store e-commerce. wwww.efactoryoutlets.com
You can find outlet centers across the country, visit their sites and download coupons and promotions.
It's a good place to start before you take a trip to the outlets.
