I just signed up for their free e-mail subscription service, which will alert me to all types of free or majorly discounted events in New York City. We live just an hour from the city but never really get the chance to explore it during the school year.
But now that the weather’s nice and my kids are old enough to walk all day without pooping out, we’re hitting the streets. My goal is to take them into NYC every week or so this summer to go on field trips to inexpensive cultural events, festivals, and tourist destinations.
