If you find yourself with a glut of bunnies, chocolate eggs, and jelly beans today, there are few things you can do. First, of course, is to bring them all into the office and get temptation out of the house. Of course, your co-workers will probably be doing the same thing, and if they're not, they will curse you for tempting THEM. So here are a few more ideas for using it up.
Make Peeps S’mores. Those little Peeps’ critters are just sugar-coated marshmallows and will melt to a nice gooey consistency wedged between chocolate and graham crackers in a S’more. Yum!
Cook with them. Chocolate bunnies and eggs can be chopped up and used like chocolate chips in baking, shaved on top of cakes and cupcakes, or melted down into a sauce to top ice cream.
Freeze them. Chocolate freezes, so what you can’t eat, stash in the freezer and pull it out when you have a craving or use it in a recipe.
Trade them in. See if your dentist participates in the candy buy-back program. The incentive for little ones to haul in their uneaten bunnies and jelly beans is that they’ll get paid a buck a pound by the dentist. Most dentists do this at Halloween but some also do at Easter time. It’s worth asking.
Here are a couple of sites with some recipes and ideas you might want to try, too.

Peeps Smores!! That's such a good idea. I still have a package of peeps leftover, even after making Rice Krispie Peep Treats last week... http://quardecor.blogspot.com/2012/04/leftover-easter-candy-rice-krispie-peep.html
I'll probably make some smores next week, and use the rest of the choco bunnies this way too!
