Who knows why it took me all these years to try wearing undereye concealer, but I do look a lot more bright-eyed these days. (I can only imagine how much better I’d look if I got more sleep, but that’s another story!) And I felt super smart when I read that the three knives that Mario Batali says every kitchen should have are the three that I swear by: a paring knife, a chef’s knife, and a serrated bread knife.
