My husband is a healthy eater. In fact, our fridge is so chock-full of veggies, fish, quinoa and farro salads, Greek yogurt, and almond milk, there’s hardly any room for anything else (code for soda and junk food). I wish I could share his enthusiasm for some of his good-for-you passions, but I’m not a lover of stinky fish, which means I rely on a pill to get my omega 3’s. And I’d rather sink my teeth into a crunchy chip than one of his chewy whole grain salads.
If you or anyone in your family is like me, a lot of the foods you know you should be eating are a hard sell. But as we point out in "New Ways to eat better" on page 39 of our March issue, on newsstands now. you can have your chips and dip and eat healthy too. That’s right! We found new yummy versions of 12 healthy foods a lot of us like to shun.
Don’t like kale? Munch on some crunchy kale chips which pack a lot of the same vitamins. Beans don’t thrill you? Maybe you’ll find a creamy bean dip more palatable. And if squishy tofu is not to your liking, you might like to get a hit of soy’s benefits in a dry-roasted soy nut. (Trust me, they’re good!). Be sure to read the full article for tasty new ways to eat the foods a lot of us (used) to hate.

I already have a paid subscription and would like to know if there is a way to access previous magazines via the web page. Is there a way to get feed back on a particular item, such as blenders.
